ABOUT
The Camargue is the delta of the Rhone River where it empties into the Mediterranean just across the western boundary of Provence in France.
It is a desolate yet beautiful place, with wild horses, cowboys, pink flamingos, salt flats and parkland. It is also in proximity to petroleum refineries and other industrial plants.
